"当归几钱，红枣几颗，枸杞子几粒，冰糖捏上几块．姐姐说，这样子可以补气血． 选个煮糖水的小砂锅，慢火煮上一两个时辰，汤色微褐色，红枣膨胀，枸杞化开，浅尝一口，味苦．   不知几时起，我开始学会养生，什么肉配什么料，什么米配什么豆，什么汤该加什么草药． 菜市里转来转去，总是要大兜小袋子的，提到根本没力气才肯走． 过去不大爱..."

"辽宁。天气骤冷。再次感冒。 秋天，在一场暴风雨后，彻底来了。电视里头开始播报羽绒服的广告。 窗子紧闭，木瓜，黄瓜，香蕉味道混在一起，在暖的屋子里漫散着。 小小的孩子吃着奶，握着小拳头，睡了。 朋友才得以吃个晚饭。 一晃两年过去了。 女人一旦有了家，男人和孩子，便被无形的拴住了。 洗衣，喂奶，热奶瓶，打理屎尿........."
